After 6 years of start-up leadership and experience with more than 200 employees, I was able to experience a whole new perspective on people and my work with them in 2020 thanks to working with Miriam. I had been convinced that I was good at dealing with people. This was partly wrong, because while I am good at analyzing people, I find it very difficult to connect with them. I had been very transactional in my work up to that point. I only wanted to achieve the task and forgot about the person behind it. Miriam enabled me to gain clarity and gave me great tools that I use every day. As a result, I have changed my leadership and since then I have less turnover, a growing company and in addition less operational work, which is why I can focus on the strategic development of my company.

Miriam accompanied me during a time of professional change. She gave me various tools that we used together to shed light on my personality, behavior patterns, strengths and weaknesses. This gave me clarity about what energizes or drains me and how I can make use of this in different professional and private situations. Based on this, we developed my personal vision, which till this day guides me in my decisions as a founder. With her empathetic nature, Miriam made me feel comfortable right away. Her feedback is so helpful because it is always truthful, clear and constructive.

It was great fun to work together with Miriam. We worked on my abilities to better present myself to a digital audience, to be more convincing and clear in my presentations, and how I can engage my audience's emotions. She also guided me in setting my priorities in my professional and personal life in order be able to fully focus on my business idea. The skills I acquired with Miriam primarily helped me deliver a pitch in front of a jury from the German Society for International Cooperation and win the first grant for my business idea. I continue to apply these communication skills, for example, in attracting strategic partners for the launch of my products.
